What are the implications if your lease doesn't state the intended use of the premises?



To avoid discrepencies, legal battles and way too many headaches, leases should clearly state the intended use of the premises by the Tenant.


Make sure the premises you lease is adequately zoned for your intended use. I explain more in this video.
